From Cultural Knowledge to Cultural Agility - Thriving in a Culturally Diverse World
Herning International MidWest Rotary Club invites you to an interesting evening dedicated to the topic of Cultural Agility.
Exactly how is it that some people seem to thrive in cross-cultural situations and others do not? Why does "the playbook" approach to cross-cultural working still seem to be the dominant paradigm in the "culture industry"? Are there times when "common sense" might not be that sensible?
Come and be stimulated, provoked, enlightened by, and contribute to, addressing these and other questions, with International Talent Lab (ITL). ITL is a part of a consultancy firm run by Lone Aaagard and Tom Griffiths, whose guiding principle is "Changing the way we work across cultures". Lone is a long-established Danish business woman and Tom is a long-term British expat in Denmark, and Treasurer of Aarhus International Rotary Club.
